What in heaven's name is the Department of Energy doing supporting this research?!? Look at the credits at the bottom of the paper.

One methodological issue I see with this is that White people from Utah are not the best White people to test for allele frequency. They engaged in a profound amount of sexual selection very recently.
A handful of charismatic and powerful males were empowered to have dozens and dozens of children while "lost boys" were conveniently swept out of the genepool. Mitt Romney is one of those mutants.
